Shipping:
We take pride in our shipping methods. We always do whatever we can to charge actual shipping costs to the customer.
USPS Priority Mail is the preferred shipper for our products, but we have just recently added UPS as an additional shipping option because it may be less expensive for some shipping zones.
We also have a USPS Flat Rate box that we may use because it might be less expensive for some zones. If your order will fit in a flat rate box we will issue a refund if the difference in cost is $2.00 or more.

Although we offer the items in beautiful gift ready packaging, we strive to be earth friendly and use recycled or resuable packaging whenever we can.
We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays with exception to holidays.

Returns:
Due to the personal nature of the item, no returns are accepted. If you have a damaged or defective item upon receipt or you are extremely unhappy with your purchase we will gladly discuss a refund or replacement.
